You control what information you enter into ApplyPocket.
Pasted job or application text
ApplyPocket may allow you to paste job post text or application confirmation text so the app can help create a structured application record.
Pasted text is used to generate suggested fields for your review. ApplyPocket is designed to save the structured application record you confirm, not to permanently store the raw pasted text as the source document.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider. ApplyPocket does not store your full credit card number.
We may store basic payment-related account information, such as:
- payment status
- order ID or transaction reference
- purchase date
Usage, analytics, and technical information
We may collect limited technical and usage information to help operate and improve ApplyPocket, such as:

Do not paste sensitive personal information, confidential employer information, passwords, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive data into ApplyPocket.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and application tracking information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service.
You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us.
We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or recordkeeping purposes.
