These Terms of Service govern your use of ApplyPocket.

1. What ApplyPocket Is
ApplyPocket is a lightweight job application tracking tool. It helps users organize job applications, follow-ups, interviews, notes, and outcomes.
ApplyPocket is not a job board, recruiting service, employment agency, resume writing service, career coaching service, or guarantee of employment.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ApplyPocket.
By using ApplyPocket, you represent that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Do not enter:

- unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
5. AI-Assisted Features
ApplyPocket may include features that use AI or automated parsing to suggest structured fields from pasted text.
These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any suggested information before saving or relying on it.
ApplyPocket does not guarantee that AI-assisted or automated outputs will be accurate.
6. Payment and Access
ApplyPocket may be offered as a one-time purchase for access to the product.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and ApplyPocket does not store your full credit card number.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to ApplyPocket will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service.
